Les polym\u00e8res typiques tels que l&#8217;EPDM (caoutchouc d&#8217;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne-propyl\u00e8ne-di\u00e8ne), le NBR (caoutchouc nitrile-butadi\u00e8ne) ou le SBR (caoutchouc styr\u00e8ne-butadi\u00e8ne) absorbent preque totalement l&#8217;\u00e9n\u00e9rgie micro-ondes fournie \u00e0 2450 MHz ainsi que \u00e0 915 MHz sur une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures, de 10 \u00b0C \u00e0 170 \u00b0C. En fonction de chaque l&#8217;application, la forte concentration de l\u2019\u00e9nergie micro-ondes sur les profiles ou les zones de profile du produit est possible ainsi que le traitement homog\u00e8ne requis par le traitement de produits en mousse ou en caoutchouc mousse poreux. Afin de positionner et d\u2019aligner correctement les antennes individuelles dans l\u2019applicateur micro-ondes, les dimensions internes de l\u2019applicateur, la composition des mat\u00e9riaux de construction et le type de syst\u00e8me de transport (conveyor) sont prises en calcul. En utilisant la simulation 3D lors pour la conception de zone de chauffage, nous optimisons la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de rayonnement, tout au long ou \u00e0 travers la section du mat\u00e9riau ainsi que le type d&#8217;antenne micro-ondes.
