Dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s micro-ondes, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un param\u00e8tre important pour indiquer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 du transfert d&#8217;\u00e9nergie micro-ondes dans la charge. text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #000080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/muegge-group.com\/fr\/categories-de-produits\/guides-donde\/?fwp_produkt_gruppe=iso-zirkulator-fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&#8217;isolateur<\/a><\/span><\/span> est un dispositif \u00e0 deux ports qui permet \u00e0 la puissance micro-onde de passer du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur micro-ondes \u00e0 la charge mais pas dans le sens inverse (puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie). L&#8217;utilisation la plus courante d&#8217;un tel dispositif est de prot\u00e9ger le magn\u00e9tron des effets n\u00e9fastes de la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie. \u00c0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e de l&#8217;isolateur, la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie &#8211; g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cr\u00e9\u00e9e par une charge peu absorbante \/ mal adapt\u00e9e &#8211; est d\u00e9tourn\u00e9e vers une charge \u00e0 eau parfaitement adapt\u00e9e et, en tant que telle, la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie est abosrb\u00e9e et dissip\u00e9e sous forme de chaleur dans l&#8217;eau circulante dans la charge \u00e0 eau.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000080; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #000080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/muegge-group.com\/fr\/categories-de-produits\/guides-donde\/?fwp_produkt_gruppe=adaptateur-dimpedance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&#8217;adaptateur d&#8217;imp\u00e9dance \u00e0 3-stub<\/a><\/span><\/span> est un composant optionnel qui permet une large fen\u00eatre d&#8217;op\u00e9ration du syst\u00e8me en adaptant l&#8217;imp\u00e9dance du magn\u00e9tron \u00e0 l&#8217;imp\u00e9dance de la charge (par exemple, plasma). Pour les processus tr\u00e8s dynamiques, il est indiqu\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser un adaptateur d&#8217;imp\u00e9dance automatique. Dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s micro-ondes, cela se produit en raison des changements de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du guide d&#8217;ondes, g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des lignes (conducteur coaxial, strip-line, etc.) et \u00e9galement due au changement de la charge di\u00e9lectrique dans la chambre de traitement. Le couplage g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur micro-ondes &#8211; r\u00e9acteur plasma peut aussi changer en raison des changements du mat\u00e9riau de traitement, de l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation de l&#8217;eau, de l&#8217;allumage du plasma, des changements de temp\u00e9rature ou de pression, etc., ce qui n\u00e9cessite un ajustement de l&#8217;adaptation d&#8217;imp\u00e9dance afin de diminuer la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie. Plus ces changements se produisent brusquement dans le syst\u00e8me, plus il devient difficile de compenser le d\u00e9calage avec un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019adaptation.<\/p><p>Tous ces effets peuvent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9s par l&#8217;adaptation d&#8217;imp\u00e9dance et visualis\u00e9s au moyen d&#8217;un diagramme de Smith. En fonction de la fr\u00e9quence, le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur micro-ondes et la charge peuvent \u00eatre attribues des imp\u00e9dances complexes, qui sont adapt\u00e9es par un r\u00e9seau d&#8217;adaptation complexe. Le r\u00e9seau correspondant est construit par des inducteurs et des condensateurs id\u00e9ales, sans r\u00e9sistance. Dans l&#8217;exemple en Figure 1, le syst\u00e8me correspond aux 3-stubs d&#8217;accord qui se projettent dans le guide d&#8217;ondes \u00e0 des profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cdbad8 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9cdbad8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Importance pour les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s MW (micro-ondes)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2806868 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2806868\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Due \u00e0 l&#8217;existence de l&#8217;isolateur comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment de protection dans la ligne de transmission micro-ondes, la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie ne repr\u00e9sent pas un probl\u00e8me majeur pour l&#8217;\u00e9quipement : la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie est absorb\u00e9e par la charge \u00e0 eau de l&#8217;isolateur et convertie en chaleur, m\u00eame si la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie est 100 % de la puissance g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur micro-ondes. La puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mesur\u00e9e au niveau de l&#8217;isolateur et, \u00e0 ce titre, l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur peut calculer la puissance absorb\u00e9e par la charge \u00e0 chauffer \/ le plasma. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 micro-ondes doit \u00eatre op\u00e9r\u00e9 avec des valeurs de puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie les plus faibles possible afin d\u2019augmenter le rendement de l\u2019application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3001044 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3001044\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Importance pour les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s RF (radiofr\u00e9quence)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39d8c53 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"39d8c53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Due au fonctionnement du plasma RF \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence inf\u00e9rieure par rapport \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence micro-ondes (e.g., 13,56 MHz contre 2,45 GHz), les isolateurs ne sont pas disponibles dans les plasma RF et en cons\u00e9quence, la puissance r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie devient critique. Plus la r\u00e9flexion est faible, plus la puissance disponible pour le processus est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
