Plasma atmosph\u00e9rique?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e03bbef elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e03bbef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans la physique scientifique, un plasma technique, aussi appel\u00e9 le quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tat de la mati\u00e8re, est constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9lectrons, d&#8217;ions et de neutres \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat fondamental et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat excit\u00e9, ainsi que de photons. Le plasma excit\u00e9 par le micro-ondes \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique est une forme particuli\u00e8re de plasma, car il est en \u00e9quilibre local thermodynamique avec un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#8217;ionisation. Contrairement aux autres syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 plasma, le plasma micro-ondes est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans des cavit\u00e9s r\u00e9sonantes sans contact entre le plasma et la cavit\u00e9 micro-ondes et en cons\u00e9quence, sans endommagement des \u00e9lectrodes ou de contamination des milieux r\u00e9actionnels. La source de plasma atmosph\u00e9rique (APS) peut fonctionner aux fr\u00e9quences micro-ondes de 2,45 GHz et 915 MHz. La Figure 1 montre deux torches \u00e0 plasma micro-ondes de Muegge fonctionnant \u00e0 2,45 GHz : 6 kW (\u00e0 gauche) et 3 kW (\u00e0 droite). Les micro-ondes sont introduites dans la source de plasma afin de cr\u00e9er une concentration de champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e au milieu de la cavit\u00e9 micro-ondes. Dans cette r\u00e9gion, le plasma est allum\u00e9 et maintenu. color: #000080;\">es syst\u00e8mes APS sont disponibles jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 6 kW \u00e0 2,45 GHz et jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 75 kW \u00e0 915 MHz.<\/span><\/a> Un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mis au point \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle laboratoire utilisant une source plasma \u00e0 2,45 GHz peut \u00eatre facilement extrapol\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;echelle industrielle via une source plasma op\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 915 MHz. Un tel syst\u00e8me est con\u00e7u pour couvrir des pressions entre 10 et 500 mbar et fonctionne jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 75 kW, 915 MHz (Figure 3). Pour maintenir un r\u00e9seau public d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 stable, on doit stocker les surplus d&#8217;\u00e9nergie provenant de sources renouvelables, ce qui pose un vrai d\u00e9fi, probablement le plus grand d\u00e9fi de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Power-to-X est un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral r\u00e9sumant les technologies de conversion de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie exc\u00e9dentaire provenant de sources renouvelables en mati\u00e8re stockable. La conversion du dioxyde de carbone (CO<sub>2<\/sub>) est une approche prometteuse pour stocker les surplus d&#8217;\u00e9nergie renouvelable. Le concept de conversion de CO<sub>2<\/sub> est bas\u00e9 sur la dissociation du CO<sub>2<\/sub> en radicaux d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne (O) et en radicaux de monoxyde de carbone (CO) dans un plasma micro-ondes \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique &#8211; Figure 5. Le monoxyde de carbone (CO) est un gaz industriel, largement utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019industrie chimique de synth\u00e8se. Par cons\u00e9quent, un cycle z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette de carbone peut \u00eatre \u00e9tabli.
