Les cellules solaires bas\u00e9es sur des mat\u00e9riaux absorbants en couches minces pr\u00e9sentent un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour la production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Les plaques de verre sont des substrats de pointe pour les modules solaires en couche mince, par exemple le Cu(In1-xGax )Se2 (CIGS). Elles peuvent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par des feuilles m\u00e9talliques minces afin de r\u00e9duire le poids ainsi que r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts mati\u00e8re et d\u2019ouvrir de nouvelles applications.
