L\u2019eau industrielle utilis\u00e9e dans le TCR\u00ae g\u00e9n\u00e8re des eaux us\u00e9es contamin\u00e9es par des compos\u00e9s organiques comme l&#8217;ac\u00e9tonitrile, l&#8217;acide ac\u00e9tique, le ph\u00e9nol, la pyridine et les pyrroles. Pour que l&#8217;eau puisse \u00eatre recycl\u00e9e, ces compos\u00e9s organiques doivent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9s. Une technologie impliquant l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une torche plasma micro-ondes \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique de MUEGGE [1] a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9contamination de l&#8217;eau de proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9d8c4e4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9d8c4e4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4c71f3e4\" data-id=\"4c71f3e4\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cfbb196 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6cfbb196\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.base\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"h5\">1.\tInstallation plasma micro-ondes \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique pour la d\u00e9contamination de l'eau de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 TCR\u00ae<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-738e2dd8 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"738e2dd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La d\u00e9contamination de l&#8217;eau de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 TCR\u00ae a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Fraunhofer UMSICHT en utilisant un plasma d\u2019air \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique cr\u00e9\u00e9 par une torche micro-ondes \u00e0 2,45 GHz de MUEGGE, voir Figure 1. Le traitement consiste \u00e0 faire tourbillonner l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 dans l&#8217;eau \u00e0 traiter suivi par l\u2019injection du flux air-eau r\u00e9sultant <em>via<\/em> une buse venturi dans la torche plasma MUEGGE afin de former de minuscules gouttelettes d&#8217;eau us\u00e9e dans l&#8217;air [2]. Plus les gouttelettes d&#8217;eau \u00e0 traiter sont petites dans le flux d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9, plus la probabilit\u00e9 de dissociation compl\u00e8te des compos\u00e9s organiques dans le plasma micro-ondes est \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9sultat souhaitable de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de d\u00e9contamination par plasma \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique serait la conversion compl\u00e8te des compos\u00e9s organiques en vapeur d&#8217;eau et en dioxyde de carbone \u00e0 la suite de leur dissociation et r\u00e9action avec les radicaux hydroxyl\u00e9s et oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9s form\u00e9s dans le plasma micro-ondes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section test\u00e9 le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 plasma \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle laboratoire en utilisant des solutions de 8,74 g d&#8217;\u00e9thanol et de 16,81 g d&#8217;acide ac\u00e9tique dans 1 l d&#8217;eau distill\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section comprim\u00e9\u00a0; le m\u00e9lange air-eau ainsi form\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit dans la torche plasma micro-ondes avec un d\u00e9bit total de 130 l\/min, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit ~65 ml\/min de solution d\u2019\u00e9thanol.
