Our portfolio includes microwave generators in 2.45 GHz and 915 MHz from 1 kW to 100 kW, as well as the associated waveguides and components. Magnetrons, plasma systems and plasma components, such as plasma arrays for large-area deposition, remote plasma sources, atmospheric plasma sources and downstream sources complete our product range.
